1st Grade
I an an Achille Eagles alumni! I graduated from Achille in 2009. I attended college at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Intervention in Childhood Development and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Education to further expand my knowledge and expertise. I maintain a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and a Paraprofessional certification, both of which help me to support all students effectively. In addition, I am certified to teach Pre-K through 3rd grade.
This will be my 8th year teaching at Achille Elementary School. I have taught both Pre-k and First grade! I am so thankful I get to work with such a wonderful staff and hope to do so for a long time! This community and our students have my heart.
Before I became at teacher at Achille Public Schools, I was a paraprofessional and teachers aid. I was blessed to shadow one of the best teachers ever and had a great experience.
My husband and I have been married for 12 years. We are both former Achille students, graduated from Achille, and now have four children attendng school. This area is our home and we are invested in seeing it grow and thrive. I am lucky enough to be a teacher at Achille Elementary and coach Achille Varsity Cheer. I feel so blessed to be able to service my community in the ways that I do because this is my home.
Other than teaching and coaching, I love spending time with my family. We have a huge interest in sports so we spend a lot of time on the court or the field with our kids. We also enjoy any opportunity we have to attend church and get back to the basics.
