ACHILLE

My name is Lora Stanglin and Achille Elementary School has been my home since 1992!  I am a 1988 graduate of Yuba High School, and a 1992 graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University.  I received my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University in 2016.  

Achille is the only school I’ve taught at and I have taught PreK and 2^nd grade.  I love the Achille School system and am very excited to be the Elementary Principal.  Achille Elementary has the best students and teachers around and I find it a blessing to come here every day!

I married my grade school sweetheart, Gary Stanglin, on August 5, 1991.  We have two great kids!  Dakota, he teaches here at Achille, and Madison, she teachers at Silo Public School.  They both attended Achille School for 14 years and are proud graduates of Achille High School.  Madison is married to Dillon, and she teaches 2^nd grade at Silo.  Dakota teaches 7^th grade and HS computers here at Achille.  He is the proud dad to our sweet little granddaughter, Paisleigh Mae, and our precious grandson, Flint Walker.  We also have a doodle furbaby, her name is Libby Claire.  I have three granddogs, Max, Wrenley, & Ben.

I am a member of the Kemp Baptist Church, and I am very thankful for my church family!
